1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using Rural Hub's digital platform (website/mobile app), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Offered: Rural Hub provides digital payment services including Money Transfer, Mobile/DTH Recharge, BBPS Bill Payments, AEPS, and other financial inclusion services through authorized business partners.
3. User Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. Business partners must register with valid KYC documents.
4. Transaction Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of transaction details (beneficiary, amount, bill details). Rural Hub acts as an intermediary and is not liable for user errors.
5. Commission & Payouts: Commission rates are dynamic and displayed on the partner dashboard. Payouts are processed within T+2 working days subject to successful settlement from upstream partners.
6. Prohibited Activities: Any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform will lead to immediate account termination and legal action.
7. Amendments: Rural Hub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
1. General Policy: Since Rural Hub facilitates digital transactions (recharges, bill payments, money transfers), all transactions are generally non-refundable once successfully processed, due to the instantaneous nature of services.
2. Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails (e.g., recharge not credited, bill payment not updated) but amount is debited from user's account, Rural Hub will initiate a refund within 5-7 business days after verification from the partner bank/BBPS. The amount will be credited back to the original source.
3. Wrong or Duplicate Transactions: In case of a duplicate transaction due to technical glitch, the duplicate amount will be refunded automatically. For wrong beneficiary details entered by user, no refund is possible. Users are advised to double-check details.
4. Money Transfer Refund: For IMPS/NEFT transfers, if the transaction is declined by the banking system, the amount will be reversed within 3-5 days. Once successfully transferred, funds cannot be recalled.
5. Dispute Resolution: For refund claims, contact support within 48 hours of transaction with payment receipt. Email: teamruralhub@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9972691218. Refund decision will be communicated within 7 working days.
6. Chargebacks: Any chargeback initiated by the user without valid reason may lead to suspension of account and legal proceedings for recovery.
